Article I
Name & Legal Domicile
Establishes the body corporate known as Eswatini Commercial Amadoda (ECA), registered under national statutes in the Kingdom of Eswatini with its head office located in Mbabane.
Statutory Provisions & Official Clauses:
1.1 The association shall be known as 'Eswatini Commercial Amadoda' (ECA).
1.2 The registered headquarters and administrative secretariat shall be situated in Mbabane, Kingdom of Eswatini, with regional secretariats in Manzini, Lubombo, and Shiselweni.
